Privacy Policy

DigitalLine is a virtual-line service operated by DASI LLC.

What we collect

When you join a line through DigitalLine, we collect your name, your mobile number and the size of your party. We also record your place in line and when you check in.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the line: to show your place and estimated wait, and to text you about it (a confirmation when you join, a heads-up when you're close to the front, a notice when it's your turn, and a notice if you miss your arrival window). Texts come from DigitalLine. We don't send marketing messages.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is passed only to our text-message provider (Twilio) to deliver these messages. The organizer of the event whose line you join can see your name and party size to run the line.

How long we keep it

We delete phone numbers within 30 days after the event.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also leave the line from your ticket page.
